Q: Can I Ship My Order Internationally?
A: UPS will not ship food items (i.e. soda pop) internationally. It is possible to use the U.S. Postal Service but all orders must be shipped Priority Mail in order for the package to be insured. If you decide to ship the order through the USPS please be advised that if damage should occur to the package you are responsible for filing a claim directly with the U.S. Postal Service. Q: How Many Bottles Are In A Case?
A: Twenty-four bottles comprise of a case. Please keep in mind that our shipping containers hold 12 sodas. Therefore, in order to maximize your shipping dollar, we recommend that you order in multiples of twelve.
 
Q: Can I Ship Orders To Hawaii and Alaska?
A: Yes but to do so through UPS requires second day air (which is extremely costly). We suggest using the U.S. Postal Service but these orders must be shipped Priority Mail in order for the package to be insured against damage. If you decide to ship using the USPS please note that if the package is damaged you are responsible for filing a claim directly with the USPS. Q: Why Do You Require A Signature?
A: We require a signature in order to track who specifically received the package once it reached its destination. This is especially helpful when orders are being sent to commercial addresses. It also ensures that your package is not left out for just anyone passing by to take. If this arrangement does not work for you, Soda Pop Stop, Inc. will ship the package but you will assume all liability if the package does not get to you specifically. If you are not home when UPS delivers the package you may make special arrangements for delivery with UPS by leaving a note for the driver. Should you fail to claim your order from UPS after repeated attempts at delivery and it is sent back to us, we will refund you the cost of the soda but you will be responsible for the shipping charges as well as the container(s) fee.
 
Q: What Are Your Retail Store Hours And How Do I Contact You?
A: Our retail store is open Monday through Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. and Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Should you need to contact us by telephone, the number is (323) 255-7115.
 
Q: How Is My Order Shipped?
A: We have received many questions regarding our shipping policy. Our shipping container holds 12 bottles. You may order as few or as many bottles of soda pop as you wish, but it is more economical to order in multiples of twelve. The minimum amount must be $16.00 in order for you to proceed to checkout. We charge straight UPS counter rates plus a $5.00 handling fee per box (12 sodas). We do our best to keep the shipping rates as inexpensive as possible, but glass bottles are heavy - approximately 18-24 pounds per dozen!

 
Q: What If A Product I Am Interested In Is Not Listed Or Out Of Stock?
A: Due to the sheer volume of requests we receive it is not possible for us to notify individuals when their special requests or back ordered products arrive. We suggest that you sign up on our newsletter, as we use it to notify all members of new product arrivals. If the product you are interested in is out-of-stock, you may sign up to be notified when that particular item is back in stock by double clicking on the small image. When the larger image appears simply fill out your e-mail contact information.
 
Q: Is Your Site Secure?
A: Yes, OUR SITE IS SECURE. When you place your order, look in the upper left corner and you will see the lock is closed indicating the site is secure. We currently do NOT do electronic billing. Your credit card is processed by hand in our store after we make sure we have the products you ordered in stock. When your order is shipped you will receive your tracking numbers via e-mail.
 
Q: Is the Soda Pop safe for consumption?
A: Yes! While many of the soda pops are "old" brands, they are all bottled with purified water and are meant to be enjoyed.
 
Q: What is a "Case Club Card"?
A: This is a special card that may be purchased in our retail store for $25.00. Over the course of ten cases you will save $5.00 per case. The total savings is $50.00. This is an excellent option for people buying in large quantities. You may couple the Case Club Card with other specials (such as coupons or already marked case specials). We are currently working on implementing this for our on-line customers.
 
Q: How Can I Cut My Shipping Costs?
A: We understand shipping can be costly because glass bottles are so heavy. We suggest that whenever possible ship your order to a business address. Commercial rates are less expensive.
 
Q: Can I Ship To APO Addresses?
A: Unfortunately we cannot since soda pop is considered a "perishable food item".
 
Q: What If I Want To Cancel My Order?
A: Please call our retail store at (323) 255-7115 and have your order number ready. Please do not e-mail us to cancel an order (due to the sheer volume of e-mails we receive we may not get it in time). Please note that if a package is returned to us in good order (simply because the recipient changed his or her mind), we will charge a restocking fee that is equal to the cost of shipping and handling.
 
 
Q: What are the minimum system requirements?
A: You must have Microsoft Internet Explorer version 4.01 or later running on the Microsoft® Windows® 95, Microsoft Windows 98, Microsoft Windows NT® version 4.0, or Microsoft Windows 2000 operating system. Hardware requirements are 16 MB of RAM and any Intel 486, Pentium, or Intel-compliant processor, or any DEC Alpha processor.
